We Are Taking Orders For Quarters, Halves and Fulls for 2009 Delivery!

We will have beef available from June through November next year, mostly available from our retail partners. Please see our "Where to Find Us" tab.

Commercial Customers

We are accepting orders from our restaurant and meat store customers.  Please email or call us and we will schedule your requirements.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® credit cards and direct account debit transactions via PayPal®.  We will invoice you via email with your notification of when your beef is ready for pick up. The invoice will direct you to the PayPal® website where you can complete the transaction for your order.  Official PayPal Seal We accept and prefer cash or checks prior to pick up and notify you of your pick up date as soon as your check has cleared. 

Order Placement

To place your order, please send us an email at:

Please include the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. What you would like to order: 1/4, 1/2, or ground beef ?
  3. Your phone number
  4. Your email address
  5. Do you want soup bones, short ribs, liver , heart, tongue, or dog bones?
  6. Your preferred pick up date.
  7. Your preferred method of payment (check, Credit Card, cash). Please do not include account numbers until we have requested them.
  8. For ½ and full beef orders, please include your cut thickness and for all orders your wrap instructions. (Cryovac or double wrap paper, cut thickness, size of roasts)
  9. And always any questions or comments you may have!
