Orders For Quarters, Halves and Wholes

We only accept orders immediately after our Availability Email is sent and announced on our Facebook site, typically around May. All orders are matched to our available processing capability based on the date and time received. If accepted, you will recieve an email confirmation. It may take as much as two weeks for the acknowledgement.

Commercial Customers

We are not currently accepting orders from commercial customers simply because we do not have sufficient supply. Sorry!

Payment Methods

We accept cash or checks and will invoice you via email with your notification of when your beef is ready for pick up. We do not accept credit cards. Canadian orders are accepted at current exchange rates.

Order Placement

To place your order, once you have received our Availability email, please reply with the following information:

Please include the following information:

  1. Your full name (first and last please)
  2. What you would like to order: 1/4, 1/2, a Whole, or ground beef ?
  3. Your cell number
  4. Your email address and postal address
  5. For halves and wholes, would you like to request soup bones, short ribs, liver , heart, tongue, or dog bones? (Halves and Wholes only).
  6. And always any questions you may have!
