We Are Taking Orders For Quarters, Halves and Fulls!

We have entered into an exclusive agreement with Pilgrim's Market and will be selling direct from the ranch in July every year, except for bulk ground beef that should remain available periodically. Please see our "Where to Find Us" tab.

Commercial Customers

We are accepting orders from commercial customers for ground beef.  Please email or call us and we will schedule your requirements.

Payment Methods

We accept cash or checks and will invoice you via email with your notification of when your beef is ready for pick up. We no longer accept credit cards.

Order Placement

To place your order, please send us an email at:

orders@theselkirkranch.com

Please include the following information:

  1. Your name (first and last please)
  2. What you would like to order: 1/4, 1/2, or ground beef ?
  3. Your phone number
  4. Your email address
  5. Do you want soup bones, short ribs, liver , heart, tongue, or dog bones?
  6. Your preferred pick up date.
  7. Your preferred method of payment (check, Credit Card, cash). Please do not include account numbers until we have requested them.
  8. For ½ and full beef orders, please include your cut thickness and for all orders your wrap instructions. (Cryovac or double wrap paper, cut thickness, size of roasts)
  9. And always any questions you may have!
